One-Shot: New Threat

"Reporting to you live from the Haven. The war between the Galactic Guardians and the Black Star clan has taken a turn for the better as the clan seems to be unable to mount any strong attacks, other than hit-and-run tactics." Said the female reporter. Her name, Rebecca Lawson, is one of the many war field reporters out in the front lines to document the recent combats between the guardians and the clan.

"We have received an estimate from the Galactic Senate on the war and that if everything goes the way they are now, in less than ten months the war will be over. As each battle is being one, the more support the GG are receiving to help in the war effort and to assist refugees caught in the crossfire."

"Further more, in just one week from now will be the anniversary of when Michael-GoldenHeart, the Chosen One, had defeated the all mighty dark lord Viporoth, in the last stand on Imperia. A banquet will be held here and a memorial tribute statue will be put in the Hall of Guardians, in memory of the many brave souls fallen in battle from this war, the Soul War and countless others."

The short blonde haired reporter turned around to see a ship taking off. "As you can see now recently injured Galactic Guardians are now heading back to the frontlines, this just goes to show how dedicated they are as to maintain peace in times of war."

"This is Rebecca Lawson, until next time, let the light guide you."

"Hm." A large, humanoid alien with purple skin watched as the news feed cuts off. He got up from his throne and walked through two sets of doors and down a lightened corridor.

The alien being was in gold-like armor that covered most of his body, except for his face and hands. His large footsteps echoed throughout the hallway as he entered a room with a vault.

Ever since arriving to this, reality, he had tried to find a way back to his own reality. However there was something, something strange about this place. Almost as a certain power resides here, a power that was all too familiar to him and he knew that it was what he seeks. With the help of the stone, he was able to see the past of this reality and found something that was intriguing.

There were other stones, three stones, which were still unused by the inhabitants of this place. The thought of these stones in this reality was impossible, only the Cosmic Entities from his universe created these stones. Now, it appears that only three exists in this universe, which was perfect as the gauntlet only needs three stones left for universal domination.

However, upon learning and seeing the past of  this reality, he learned that countless ruthless leaders tried to wipe out this force of good, the Galactic Guardians, to achieve galactic control. All in which failed, even the most evil of them all, the dark ruler Viperoth, who came close to wiping out the guardians but only to be defeated by the Chosen One, Michael-GoldenHeart.

There was another, by the name Magnus, who used the mythical powers of the Meti, a long-dead race of beings with the powers of time travel, used their powers to kill Michael in the past. Only for him to die in the future and let Viperoth, along with several of his followers, become the new galactic order.

But that dark future was altered when Victoria, the daughter of the Chosen One, had the power of the last Meti and travel back in time to the point where Magnus originally killed the young GoldenHeart. And from that point on it was nothing much a cat and mouse chase with time jumps leading up with the death of both Magnus and the last Meti. The outcome resulted with Magnus being erased from existence and no one, plus Victoira, know about what has happened and no one has any memory of the Galactic Guardian traitor.

It was then that he knew that the evil shadow had numerous chances on taking over the galaxy, but each attempt was foiled. It angered him that they couldn't wipe out the galactic force, which they did on countless occasion and their military force is roughly weak to moderate.

With the same motive a new goal, he plans to show what it takes to rule the galaxy and exterminate the Galactic Guardians. All the previous dark leaders attempted but failed miserable, especially the dark lord himself and the time traveler. The vault opened, which he was inside, opened to reveal a golden gauntlet with three stones glowing faintly inside.

"Fine," he reached in and slit his hand inside, "I'll do it myself," a sinister grin appeared on his face as Thanos clinched gauntlet, the three soul gems glowed brightly.
